Grey Yoga Mats

Our Pilates classes are group training with a Pilates instructor. Regardless of your training history or level of fitness, you will find a class that suits you. 

We adapt the classes to the participants.

 

Our classes are classic pilates on mat or reformers, with or without small equipment such as dumbbells or magic circle. The focus is on strength, mobility, stretch, breathing and balance. 

If you have limited physical capacity that you feel might prevent you from participating in classes, we offer personal training tailored to your needs, so that you can feel comfortable with the exercises and methods (read more about PT here).

If you have never trained Pilates before, Pilates Mat are the classes for you.

The Pilates Reformer class requires prior knowledge. You can learn the basics by training with a personal trainer or take the reformer course.

Free to try out a mat class!

We work out on the mat, with or without equipment such as dumbbells, magic circle or mini magic circle. Focus is on technique. While you learn the exercises in more detail, we try to find what we call "flow" in the exercises. You will be in constant movement for 45/55 minutes. In this class you will build up your strength, increase your mobility and endurance. ​

Pilates Reformer

REFORMER BEGINNERS

Curious about trying Pilates on the reformer?

 

This class is for those who want to try pilates on the reformer apparatus. We go through basic exercises and techniques that help you train the whole body in an effective and gentle way. Whether you are completely new or have experience with pilates on the mat, you will feel welcome in our beginner class. Together, we create a positive and inspiring environment where you can develop at your own pace.

No prior knowledge is required.

Pilates Class on Reformers

REFORMER INTERMED.

In this class you get the chance to work out on our Reformer apparatus. The reformer is an apparatus invented by J. Pilates and his brother, built of wood and ingeniously composed with springs to give you the appropriate amount of resistance while you work out. The name comes from the fact that the device was described as "universally reforming the body".

In our Barrels class, you'll get to work with Joseph Pilates' own unique equipment: the small barrel and spine corrector. Through precise movements and deep stretching exercises, you'll increase your flexibility, strength, and body awareness. This class is perfect for those who want to stretch their body in the ultimate way and for those who want that extra in their workout. Ideal for those seeking a more challenging and versatile Pilates experience. Whether you're curious about the Barrels or already have Pilates experience, you're welcome to join this class.
