Can I start Pilates if I am a beginner?

- Yes, of course. Our classes are suitable for both beginners and more experienced participants. We will help you find the right level based on your conditions and goals.

What is the difference between classical Pilates and Reformer Pilates?

- Classical Pilates is performed on a mat and other apparatus that Joseph Pilates developed - including the Reformer. So Reformer Pilates is Pilates that is performed only on the Reformer. Classical Pilates is a training method in several parts and a whole concept. Experience the entire Pilates concept with us at Fit to the Core Malmö.

Pilates helps with back and neck problems.

- Pilates can contribute to improved posture, increased stability and strength in the body and a better understanding of how your body works and should work. Many people experience reduced back and neck problems when they practice Pilates regularly.

- You can easily book via our online booking system Wondr. There you can see current times for both classes, personal training and treatments.

How often should you practice Pilates?
- All training is good training. We have many customers who train once a week and get good results. If you train more than that, you will of course get faster results, we of course think it's great if you want to come more times a week. But the best training is the training that works, adjust your ambition level to what suits you!
