More then a Pilates studio in Malmö

Classic Pilates, Strength Training, and Yoga in Malmö

At Fit to the Core Malmö, you practice classic Pilates in a safe, personal environment with instructors who possess deep knowledge of human anatomy and body mechanics.

We work according to the classic Pilates method, where every exercise has a clear purpose and you build strength, body control, posture, and mobility step by step.

To complement Pilates, we also offer strength training and personal training focused on functionality, balance, and long-term progress. We use free weights, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises to build a strong, resilient body.

We also offer yoga for those looking to improve mobility, recovery, and body awareness.

Together, this creates a diverse range of training options allowing you to progress based on your own goals and needs—whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner.

Frequently asked questions about group training and personal training

Not sure which type of training is right for you? Here you'll find answers to some of the most common questions.

What's the difference between Group Classes and Personal Training?

Group Classes are performed together with other participants following a structured programme, while Personal Training is completely tailored to your individual goals, needs, and abilities.

Which type of training is right for me?

Group Classes are ideal if you enjoy exercising regularly in a motivating and supportive environment.

Personal Training is the best option if you'd like individual coaching, need support during rehabilitation, or are working towards a specific goal. It gives you dedicated one-to-one time with your instructor and a programme designed specifically for you.

Can I use my membership for both Pilates and Yoga?

Yes. Your membership gives you access to all eligible group classes, allowing you to choose freely between Classical Pilates, Yoga, and the other classes included in your membership.

Can I try a group class before becoming a member?

Yes. New clients can attend a free trial class by using the promotional code "Provaklass" when booking. Please note that this offer does not apply to Reformer Pilates.

Can I combine Group Classes with Personal Training?

Absolutely. Many of our clients combine group training with Personal Training to enjoy both the motivation of exercising with others and the benefits of individual coaching. You can also book occasional one-to-one sessions with a Pilates instructor to deepen your understanding of the method, improve your technique, or gain extra inspiration.

Are your Group Classes suitable for beginners?

Yes. Our classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced participants. We'll help you find the class and level that best matches your experience and goals.

Is Personal Training only for experienced exercisers?

Not at all. Personal Training is suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Every programme is individually tailored to your goals, experience, and needs.

Can I exercise if I have back, neck, or shoulder pain?

In most cases, yes—in fact, exercise is often one of the best things you can do. We'll help you find the right approach and, when appropriate, combine training with treatment to help you move safely and confidently.

What types of training do you offer?

We offer Classical Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Strength Training, and Personal Training at our studio in Malmö.
