Sports-specific training in Malmö
Whether you play football, practise martial arts, or do CrossFit, every sport places unique demands on your body. Over time, it's common to develop muscle imbalances, reduced mobility, or recurring problems that can affect both your performance and your enjoyment of training.
With our background in Naprapathic care, sports medicine, physiology, and exercise science, we have a deep understanding of how the body performs under physical load. By combining hands-on treatment with sport-specific training, we help you improve your performance, reduce the risk of injury, and build a stronger, more resilient body.
We work with both recreational exercisers and competitive athletes, tailoring every programme to your sport, your current level, and your individual goals.

Frequently asked questions about performance development and sports training
Here you'll find answers to common questions about how we help recreational exercisers and athletes improve performance, reduce the risk of injury, and continue developing over the long term.
Who is Sports Performance Training for?
We work with both competitive athletes and recreational exercisers who want to improve their performance and reduce their risk of injury. You don't need to compete at a certain level—we tailor every programme to your goals, your sport, and your individual needs.
Can you help me recover from a sports injury?
Yes. With our expertise in Naprapathic care, rehabilitation, and exercise science, we can help you return to your sport safely and confidently through a structured rehabilitation programme.
What's the difference between Personal Training and Sports
Performance Training?
Sports Performance Training follows the same one-to-one format as Personal Training but has a specific focus on helping you become stronger, move more efficiently, and perform better in your chosen sport.
Can I combine treatment with training?
Absolutely. Many of our clients combine hands-on treatment with training to both relieve pain and build a stronger, more resilient body. Because we offer both services, we can create an integrated programme tailored specifically to your needs.
What happens during my first appointment?
During your first session, we'll discuss your training history, any current or previous injuries, and your sporting goals. We'll then create a personalised plan, which may include training, treatment, or a combination of both.
How can Pilates improve my sports performance?
Pilates develops strength, stability, mobility, and body control. For many athletes, this leads to better technique, more efficient movement, improved performance, and a body that tolerates training and competition more effectively over time.
That's why many runners, football players, golfers, equestrians, martial artists, and CrossFit athletes use Pilates to complement their regular training.
