Terms and conditions of purchase and company information

Fit to the Core Malmö offers:

  • personal training

  • group training in classical pilates

  • treatments (naprapath, medical massage and the Lotorp method)

All services are performed on site in our studio in Malmö.

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK).
Prices are quoted including VAT (0%, 6% or 25% depending on service).

We offer payment via:

  • Swish

  • card payment on site in the studio

  • Epassi

  • invoice as agreed

Payment is made in connection with booking or as agreed.

Delivery

Our services are delivered in the form of treatment or training at a booked time in our studio.

No physical delivery takes place.

Cancellation must be made:

  • at least 24 hours before booked treatment or personal training

  • at least 60 minutes before booked class

In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full price will be charged.

Right of withdrawal:

When purchasing via the website, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies according to the Distance Contracts Act, provided that the service has not begun.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us via email.

Complaint:

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can find a solution.

Period of validity:

When purchasing a membership card or membership, the validity period specified at the time of purchase applies.
Any remaining opportunities after the expiration date expire.

Personal information:

We handle personal data in accordance with GDPR.
The information is used solely to administer bookings and customer relations.
