Group training in Malmö – train together and reach your goals faster
At Fit to the Core we offer group training in Pilates, Pilates Reformer, Yoga and basic strength training. You train in small groups with knowledgeable instructors who help you with technique, progression and adjustments based on your level. You receive professional guidance while also getting the motivation and community that comes from training with others.
Our classes are suitable for both beginners and those who have trained before. The only exception is our more advanced Pilates reformer classes, which are suitable for those who have already trained on reformers before.
Our groups are small, usually between 5 and 15 participants depending on the training format. This allows us to see each individual and provide personal guidance during the sessions.

Group training in Malmö – train together in small groups
Why choose group training with us?
Training with others often makes it easier to get to the gym and stick to your routines over time. You have a booked time to commit to and train with others. Unlike large gyms where the instructor leads a session for many participants, we train in smaller groups where the instructor has the opportunity to coach each individual. This means that you get help with technique, progression and adjustments while also getting the energy and community that group training creates.
Group training is also suitable for those who want guidance without having to plan the training themselves. You will come to a ready-made session where the instructor leads the training and helps you develop at your own pace.
Benefits of group training:
-
Clear routines that make it easier to exercise regularly
-
Motivation and community from both group and instructor
-
Ready-made workouts without your own planning
-
Professional guidance during training
-
An affordable alternative to personal training
Group training that takes your body into account
At Fit to the Core, we combine training with expertise in naprapathy, massage and rehabilitation. This gives us a deep understanding of how the body works – both when it feels good and when it needs extra support. This means we can help you with adjustments if you have recurring problems, an old injury or something else that makes training more challenging.
You don't have to be pain-free or in top shape to train with us. Our goal is to help you find a way to train that works for your body.
That's why many people choose our group training:
-
Possibility to combine training and treatment in one place
-
Instructors with knowledge in training, rehabilitation and body function
-
Small groups where there is time to see each individual
-
Possibility to get help with adjustments during the sessions
-
Training that works even if you have recurring problems
